Cell phone girl

Eden is 5 going on 15 she cracks me up. Today at work she was watching Barney, there was a girl who just moved to the neighborhood who was showing Barney pictures of her friend and saying how much she missed them. Eden says, mom can people text each other even if they are far away?  I say yes, eden says they should each get a cell phone so they can text each other. I have a feeling she is going to ask for a cell phone soon.

I’m tired.

I stayed up until 3:30am reading The Host by Stephenie Meyer and I’m tired, it’s my own fault I knew it would happen but I couldn’t help it. John went to bed at 8:30 because he had to wake up at 4:00 and I had eden in bed by 9:00 the laundry was done so were the dishes It was like the perfect storm for cuddling up with a good book.  I am about 175 pages away from finishing so I am sure I will be done by tonight if I don’t fall asleep 🙂

Bad blogger

I have been a bad blogger, it’s been a long time so here are a couple things I have been meaning to post.

Our cat squirt had her kitties. They are so cute!! I have pictures but can’t find my camera cord but as soon as I do I will post them. Their are 2 boys and 2 girls.  There almost a month old and get into everything, so we put them in the downstairs bath room. Anyone want a cat?

Our neighborhood is kinda creepy, we live on the wrong side of the tracks I guess.  About a month ago someone stole the ramps off our trailer grrrr  their $175 dollars to replace. Yesterday someone stole a bag of dirt I bought to plant some flowers in pots for my porch…..a bag of dirt… come on it’s DIRT!!!! I picture some homeless guy trying to trade it for whiskey. I guess nothings safe.

John got to ride in a police car…..

We came home late the other night and as I was taking eden inside John noticed a guys trying to get in what he thought was his car John thought maybe he locked the keys in but the guy went across the street and open another car door took some stuff and went to the next car and did the same thing. He was stumbling…pretty sure he was plastered. I got the phone and John called the police, luckily we live about a block away from 7-11 so they were pretty close by and caught him.  John got to ride in the police car to go ID the guy. It was pretty funny to see john getting in the back of the car, I wish I would have taken a picture It would have made a cute scrap book page ha ha!
